"Wendy at Unlimited Restoration is amazing!!! We had some puzzling issues going on and were struggling to figure out what the cause could be. We had several companies in to take a look, but they would just take a glance and say, "It's hard to say what's causing it, but we can fix it for $$$....". Needless to say, it was more than frustrating! WE ARE SO GLAD we found Wendy!!! Just one call and she pointed us in the right direction to get to the answers we needed. "Wendy and her crew showed up on time . They walked me through the steps they would be taking. They prepped the areas for removal of infected debris and cleaned all areas after removal. The left all the bells and whistles to remove all mold and bacteria for several days. Returned on the day they said and removed all the devices that had been left. If ever I have a future problem, I have them on speed dial. I would recommend UR Water Restoration to anyone."

"Wendy and Unlimited Restoration rescued our school after a flood on the 4th of July weekend. Her team was onsite in less than an hour after we called, removing the standing water and preventing further damage, and were so careful to preserve what could be salvaged. They checked on how everything was drying over the weekend and through the holiday. She communicated well with our insurance company, and advocated on our behalf. When your home is experiencing water damage and dangerous conditions ...plus facing fear and loss, having a professional you trust, like Wendy, makes all the difference. Wendy gave me sound advice. She knew just what to do and quickly! Having her crew at my house brought comfort because I knew all the clean up was being taken care of properly. Wendy has over 30+ years experience in this field, and that put my mind at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable. "We are doing a 2 story addition to our existing home. During the framing process we had several days of rain causing 2nd story floor and floor joists to get wet. After framing was finished and roof dried in we noticed mold on the underside of 2nd story floor and could smell mold. I immediately called UR. I new I could trust Wendys assessment of what we needed to do. She immediately came out did all readings and came up with action plan to dry wood and then remove mold. Very quickly completed job with proper drying time of wood."

There jobs are exceptionally clean and the owner Wendy is very professional. Working with Wendy is a pleasure. "The service and expertise that I was given were exemplary. I can say they were extremely professional, timely, and knowledgeable. I had a water pipe that broke in the master bedroom and it left 4 inches of water throughout the house. They did not do the water extraction, unfortunately. If they had I would not have had to deal with all of the mold issues. Wendy went right to work on assessing water damage and mold. She took care of all of the details keeping me posted on all the damages and estimates.I was having a great deal of difficulty in dealing with insurance adjuster and she took it over dealt with him like the true professional she is. When all the work was finished, I felt confident in starting the rebuild.Wendy is an exceptional person to work with and that is hard to find these days.. "This company is top notch and deserves more than a 5 star rating!! Wendy is absolutely amazing. Wendy and her team came out to handle our water issue in literally a matter of minutes. She also came by each day to take readings. What makes Wendy different from other companies is her exceptional customer service and knowledge of the industry and insurance claims. She goes above and beyond to address and take care of your situation. Not only did she help with our leak dry out, she connected us with a contractor who capped the leak and got our water turned back on. She also helped us navigate our claim and what would and would not be covered by insurance. This was our first claim and navigating through everything was very confusing. She gave us comfort in an extremely stressful situation and that is something you cant put a price on. If you have water intrusion or need mold remediation, call Wendy! There are not enough words to explain how exceptional Wendy is, she is truly the best in the business.
