"We are doing a 2 story addition to our existing home. During the framing process we had several days of rain causing 2nd story floor and floor joists to get wet. After framing was finished and roof dried in we noticed mold on the underside of 2nd story floor and could smell mold. I immediately called UR. I new I could trust Wendys assessment of what we needed to do. She immediately came out did all readings and came up with action plan to dry wood and then remove mold. Very quickly completed job with proper drying time of wood."
