"This company is top notch!! Wendy is absolutely amazing. Wendy and her team came out to handle our water issue in literally a matter of minutes. She also came by each day to take readings. What makes Wendy different from other companies is her exceptional customer service and knowledge of the industry and insurance claims. She goes above and beyond to address and take care of your situation. Not only did she help with our leak dry out, she connected us with a contractor who capped the leak and got our water turned back on. She also helped us navigate our claim and what would and would not be covered by insurance. This was our first claim and navigating through everything was very confusing. She gave us comfort in an extremely stressful situation and that is something you cant put a price on. If you have water intrusion or need mold remediation, call Wendy!
