"I called Unlimited Restoration because a previous company that had been hired to clean up water intrusion in our home did not do a thorough enough job, actually skipping crucial steps, so mold ended up growing. Wendy from Unlimited Restoration was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions and concerns. She and her crew were professional, neat, and their equipment looked well cared for. I highly recommend! I also recommend, if you do have issues with water intrusion or mold, to get information, either online or from others, as to what the proper protocol is for your situation and then contact different companies to get their take on it, since apparently some of them cut corners that can leave you with thousands of dollars in additional repairs."
