The master bedroom doesn’t appear to have a mold problem. But visible mold was found behind, in and beneath furniture. A State Licensed Mold Assessor was called to perform air sampling, to determine if the indoor air quality was affected. It was determined the indoor air spore count was significantly elevated and micro cleaning was required.
Micro Cleaning consists of Hepa Vacuuming and wiping down with an Anti Microbial. Negative Air / Air Scrubbers are used to collect the microscopic spores from the air. These procedures help to ensure Clearance is achieved. The State Licensed Mold Assessor returns to do a visual inspection and additional air sampling.
