Water Damage and Restoration

If you’ve had water damage (water leaking out of plumbing or appliances-water on the floor), give us a call to assess your situation. Even if you have removed the water using a shop vac, mop, or towels. Water absorbs into surrounding building materials like drywall, that acts like a sponge. You won’t “see” or “feel” if the water has wicked into the drywall or other building materials. We use FLIR Infrared Technology along with handheld moisture meters, to determine the extent of your water damage. We follow Industry guidelines by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). We understand how important it is to dry the structure, to prevent mold growth. When water damage is addressed quickly you don’t have to be concerned about secondary damage, like mold.

Mold Testing and Remediation

If you find mold growth in your home in or behind cabinets or vanity’s, on drywall, or you have an HVAC issue with elevated humidity levels, our experts can help. We have a State Licensed Mold Remediator(s) on each Mold Remediation, performing the remediation services alongside the trained & certified technicians. We work with several third-party State Licensed Mold Assessors, when we are performing the Mold Remediation services.

Direct Insurance Billing

We are also a Florida Licensed Insurance Adjuster in the event you make a claim. We can answer any questions you may have. If the claim is covered, we can work directly with your adjuster & insurance company. Our pricing is competitive, if the claim is not covered or you decide not to make a claim, you will be receiving the most for your money.
